The three ideas from the NAEYC code of ethics
that are meaning full to me are: I-1.1-
“To be familiar with the knowledge base
of early childhood care and education and to stay informed through continuing
education and training. I1.4 to appreciate
the vulnerability of children and their dependence on adults. I-1.5 to create and maintain safe and healthy settings that
foster children are social, emotional, cognitive and physical development and
that respect their dignity and their contributions.” These codes are significant in my life because it is important to obtain knowledge to educate others, and to be aware of resources that can be a benefit
to families. It is also important for me to understand that children are vulnerable and deserve respect and deserve to
treated with dignity. I try my best to treat all families with respect to show them that will be an advocate for them.
The ideas from the DEC code of ethics that are
important to me are: “Professional and interpersonal behavior, Professional collaboration,
Ethical practice in research." It is important to me to be professional at
all times when working with families. This is significant in the early childhood
for me because, I want to be an advocate for families in a healthy way. I also want to provide the best resources for them to get the services they need to be independent and successful.
Good Job!! In this profession are many changes, trainings that is important keep update in the different aspect. It is important for children learn to trust us.
